A quantitative method with a correlational study approach was employed. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan, with a sample size of 27 students. Data collection instruments included written tests and questionnaires. The results of the student's written tests on reading comprehension were classified into five score categories, while the questionnaire analysis used a Likert scale with five indicators. Pearson correlation analysis in SPSS was then utilized to determine the relationship between reading motivation and reading comprehension skills. The analysis revealed an average reading motivation score of 82.56, with the majority of students having very high reading motivation. Most students also demonstrated good reading comprehension skills. Correlation analysis indicated a significant positive relationship between reading motivation and reading comprehension skills (r = 0.763, p &lt;0.05). One of these linguistic rules is about abbreviations. It is believed that the use of the novel Ancika in learning linguistic rules makes it easier for teachers to provide real examples of the use of abbreviations in texts. This research aims to describe the use of abbreviations in the novel Ancika by Pidi Baiq. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques. There were 77 abbreviation findings, including 23 abbreviations for abbreviations, 42 abbreviations for fragments, 4 abbreviations for acronyms, and 8 contraction abbreviations. By using the Ancika novel learning medium, students can find abbreviations in the novel; besides that, teachers can use the results of this research as additional material in Indonesian language learning, especially regarding abbreviation material. The results of the first study, the principal in the creation of the vision is done in consultation with stakeholders, the vision created is future-oriented which clearly describes what is to be achieved (visualizing) and is able to predict the possibilities that will occur (futuristic thinking) and the vision created seeks to make the school superior. Second, the principal in the formulation of the vision formulates it into a clear statement in accordance with applicable regulations so that it can be understood by the school community and there is a unanimous commitment and sanctions for those who violate it. In light of the possible benefits of local knowledge and education in overcoming this, this study is to investigate the values of Cikahuripan water conservation in West Bandung Regency in addition to ethnopedagogy that can be used in high school sociology classes. By conducting interviews, a case study methodology and qualitative approach were applied. According to the research findings, people's ideas about the practicality of water in daily life, their mystical beliefs, and the unique qualities of the springs serve as the foundation for the conservation ideals of Cikahuripan. Each child with special needs has unique characteristics different from one another. Additionally, each child with special needs requires specialized services tailored to their abilities and characteristics. Therefore, several supporting facilities are needed to facilitate the learning process. This research aims to identify the facilities and learning activities available at SLB-C AKW Kumara I Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is triangulation.
