Implementasi Pre-Rehabilitasi, Perbaikan Postur, dan Pencegahan Cedera untuk Meningkatkan Performa Atlet Bolavoli di PBVSI Bantul

Liga bolavoli baik tingkat amatir maupun profesional di Indonesia, khususnya di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, saat ini berkembang sangat pesat dan telah menjadi bagian dari industri olahraga yang melibatkan banyak disiplin ilmu, serta melibatkan ribuan atlet dari berbagai kelompok usia. Tingginya intensitas kompetisi dan padatnya kalender pertandingan meningkatkan peluang terjadinya cedera, terutama karena karakteristik gerak bolavoli yang menuntut eksplosivitas seperti jump smash, blocking, serta repetisi lompatan dan pendaratan. Tanpa persiapan gerak yang tepat sejak tahap pemanduan bakat, pembinaan usia muda hingga level atlet profesional, risiko cedera akut maupun overuse dapat meningkat. Pre-rehabilitasi, perbaikan postur, dan pencegahan cedera merupakan intervensi preventif yang berfokus pada penataan postur, aktivasi otot fungsional, kontrol gerak, serta stabilitas sendi untuk menurunkan risiko cedera serta menunjang performa optimal dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan PKM Kolaborasi Nasional ini dilaksanakan di PBVSI Bantul, berlokasi di SMA N 1 Sewon pada 12 Oktober 2024, dan diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang terdiri dari atlet, pelatih, dan tenaga pendukung. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta diberikan edukasi teori dan praktik mengenai pre-rehab, postural correction, dan injury prevention berbasis kebutuhan gerak spesifik bolavoli. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman atlet mengenai pentingnya prinsip pencegahan cedera untuk meminimalkan risiko pada struktur muskuloskeletal. Selain itu, pelatih juga memahami bahwa implementasi pre-rehab dan perbaikan postur tidak hanya berfungsi mencegah cedera, namun berkaitan langsung dengan peningkatan kesiapan fisik dan performa teknis di lapangan.
