Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation

1. General Provisions

  • The editorial board accepts manuscripts in the form of research papers or literature reviews written in standard Indonesian or English, which have not been previously published.

  • Manuscripts must be typed in .doc format, on A4 paper size, using a single-column layout, and Times New Roman, 12 pt font.

  • The title should be concise, not exceeding 14 words, and clearly reflect the content of the paper.

  • The author’s information must be written without academic titles, including affiliation (faculty/institution), city and country, and an active, reachable e-mail address.


2. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract must be written in both Indonesian and English, each consisting of 200–300 words, in one paragraph, single-spaced, using Times New Roman, 10 pt, italic.

  • The abstract should include the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

  • Keywords (3–5 words) should be provided below the abstract.


3. Manuscript Structure

The total length of the manuscript should be between 10 and 20 pages.

a. Introduction

  • Contains the background of the study, research objectives, scope, and supporting theories.

  • Chapter title: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold.

  • Body text: Times New Roman, 11 pt, 1.5 line spacing.

b. Literature Review

  • Presents the theoretical framework underlying the study and relevant previous research.

  • Chapter title: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold.

  • Subchapter title: Times New Roman, 11 pt, Bold.

  • Body text: Times New Roman, 11 pt, 1.5 line spacing.

c. Research Methodology

  • Describes the object of research, materials, instruments, methods used, procedures, and supporting theories.

  • The format follows the same style as the literature review.

d. Results and Discussion

  • The results should present processed data in the form of tables, graphs, or figures.

  • The discussion should interpret and analyze the results in relation to relevant theories.

  • The format follows the same style as previous sections.

e. Conclusion

  • Written in one paragraph, summarizing the answers to the research objectives.

f. References

  • Must follow the APA citation style.

  • References are arranged alphabetically or numerically.

  • Format example: Author’s Last Name, Initials. (Year). Title. Publisher: Place of Publication.

  • Online sources must include the author’s name, article title, website address, and date of access.

  • References should be managed using a reference management application such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero.

  • At least 80% of the references must be primary sources published within the last five years.


4. Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures should be placed on separate pages, preferably at the end of the manuscript.

  • Within the text, simply indicate the position (e.g., see Table 1).

  • Tables must use Times New Roman, 11 pt font.

  • Each table and figure must be numbered sequentially, include a descriptive title, and cite the source.


5. Editorial Policy

  • The content of each manuscript is the sole responsibility of the author(s).

  • The editorial board reserves the right to edit manuscripts for language and style without altering the substance.

  • The editorial board has the final authority to decide which manuscripts will be published.

  • Correspondence is conducted only for manuscripts that are returned for revision or not accepted for publication.
