Abstract

This essay is called health communication inpatient care facility of BPJS (Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan) at Myria Hospital Palembang. This research aims to understand and explain how health servicescommunications towards the Myria Hospital Palembang. The methodology sicial service used are qualitative research hods with descriptive approach As for ; a test subject consist of three, patients a head nurse, and nurse. Data collection techniques are documentation. This study that health services communication prove BPJS Myria Hospital Palembang namely providing good services to patients their espectially patients health social services users.
