Abstract

To choose a role model, of course, wisdom is needed. This can be obtained from broadening your horizons and having a lot of experience. This becomes a serious problem if we relate it to generation Z. They are a generation that is still very young but has a thirst for curiosity in all things. Leadership is a soft skill that must be mastered by this generation. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this research show that cultivating a leadership spirit is influenced by three factors, namely: role models, literacy and family
