Pengaruh Work From Home di Masa Pandemi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang
Abstract
This study aims to identify the effect of the WFH work system during the pandemic on the work productivity of teaching staff at private universities in Palembang City. Several studies describe some of the benefits of working from home. By working from home will create intimacy and comfort, flexibility, self-management, tranquility and without distractions, limitations in traveling and being able to spend more time with family. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive observational research design on 125 lecturers of private universities in the city of Palembang. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing (T test) jointly between the Work From Home variable (X) on the Work Productivity of Teachers (Y), it is known that the value of Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so this shows that the Work From Home variable has an influence and significant to the Work Productivity of Teachers at PTS. Meanwhile, based on the coefficient of determination that WFH affects work productivity by 24.0% and the remaining 76.0% is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh system kerja WFH selama pandemic terhadap produktivitas kerja tenaga pengajar pada perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang. Beberapa kajian mendeskripsikan beberapa manfaat dari bekerja dari rumah. Dengan melakukan kerja dari rumah akan menciptakan keakraban dan kenyamanan, fleksibilitas, self management, ketenangan dan tanpa gangguan, keterbatasan dalam melakukan perjalanan dan dapat menghabiskan waktu lebih banyak bersama keluarga. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif observasional pada 125 dosen perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Kota Palembang. Hasil dari analisis pengujian hipotesis (Uji T) secara bersama-sama antara variabel Work From Home (X) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Tenaga Pengajar (Y), diketahui bahwa nilai Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga haal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Work From Home memilki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Tenaga Pengjar di PTS. Sedangkan berdasarkan koefisien determinasi bahwa WFH mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja sebesar 24,0% dan sisanya 76,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.
