DEIKSIS PERSONA DALAM GELAR WICARA MATA NAJWA: KAJIAN PRAGMATIK

Abstract
This study aims to describe the use form of persona deixis contained in the Mata Najwa's talk show in the January 202I episode. Research data in the form of speech from news presenter, Najwa Shihab in the affirmation section. This study uses a descriptive method with data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the use of the form of persona deixis is often used by Najwa Shihab, as the presenter in the Mata Najwa’s talk show includes: (1) first person deixis, “I” used to respect the interlocutor and the habit of using formal variety; (2) second person deixis, “we” used to represent himself and her interlocutor, “Mr./Mrs.” used to respect the interlocutor who has a much older age and higher social status; and (3) third person deixis, “his/hers” used to refer to the possession of the third person being discussed.
